Your Lesson Cancellation Rights

  • You are entitled to cancel your order for pre-recorded online courses within 7 days from the moment you make your payment, without the need to provide any reason for doing so.

  • The deadline for canceling an order (online recorded course) is 7 days from the date and time on which you paid or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

  • One-to-one lessons are non-refundable.

  • Pre-recorded online courses, online programmes, packages, and lessons on sale are non-refundable.
